Q. Are my details secure?

A. Yes, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not sell, rent or pass on any of your details to other parties.

We have three Payment Gateways for your convenience. 

1.  Stripe : We accept major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Electron, Solo and Maestro. All payments are 100% secure, so shop with confidence.

2. Paypal:  Either pay with your PayPal account, or Pay via PayPal, so 
you will never have to share your personal details.

3. Pay by Amazon:  Just place your order with us in the usual way, and checkout using your Amazon account. 



Q. Which payment methods are accepted ?

A. We accept all major credit and debit cards - Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo.  We also accept payment by Paypal, and you do not need an account to make a purchase. Just checkout as a guest. 


Q. How long will it take to receive my order and how much will it cost ?

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day, subject to payment card authorisation.

UK Customers

Royal Mail First Class delivery:  1-2 working days
Delivery within​ the UK is free.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for is just £1.49: 1-2 working days

Orders must be placed before 3.00pm GMT (orders taken after this time will be dispatched the following day).

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday 

EU Customers:  

Sorry, but we cannot ship abroad at the moment due to it taking to long to reach overseas customers.

Q. What happens if the item I receive is faulty ?

A. The faulty item will be sent to the Manufacturer for testing. When the item is confirmed as faulty you will have the choice of a refund or a replacement product will be sent. Please contact us on 0333 0509462  if you have received a faulty item.

Q. What happens if I change my mind ?

A. We have a 14 day no quibbles returns policy. Please return the goods back to us in the condition that they were received. IMPORTANT because of the nature of the goods we sell if opened or used they are Non-Returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. (should you have any questions/concerns or need advice on a product before purchasing from us please contact us on 0333 0509462)

You will be issued with a Returns No. this will act as a reference to us to identify your order. Refunds will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us. Once you have obtained a Returns Number, please write the number clearly on the outside of your parcel.

Please ensure your package is sent back through a traceable method for your own peace of mind as returns are the responsibility and at the cost of the customer.

Please allow approximately 5 working days for your card to be refunded and to show on your statement. Please note: refunds will be minus our postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
